Qualification: DSA Class C Qualification

Getting You A Job : Allows successful trainees to drive rigid goods vehicle with a Maximum Authorised Mass of at least 10 tonnes, at least 7 metres and at most 12 metres in length and capable of 50 mph.

VT Group is a major UK defence company with 14000 employees and always has many job opportunities in many parts of the UK, which are often only publicised internally. Servicemen attending a VT course will have access to these job opportunities. There are also opportunities to drive vehicles on our Metropolitan Police contract. This lends itself to personnel leaving the Services.

This qualification can be required by Emergency Services. For example VT provides a similar course to Somerset, Avon and Gloucester Fire & Rescue Authorities.
