The Royal Artillery Centre for Personal Development (RA CPD) are looking for an experienced individual, who is enthusiastic, highly motivated and flexible, to manage our expanding Telecommunications programme. You will be responsible for the NVQ and Apprenticeship Telecommunications programme (levels 2-4). Your key tasks will include liaising with staff in regiments and external bodies to ensure the smooth delivery of the programme, quality assurance, and training and developing assessors and IVs.
You will be a confident and experienced NVQ assessor with excellent management, organisational and communication skills. You must be sector competent, ideally with a military background. You must have strong administrative skills and be IT literate. You must have a driving licence and be willing to travel.
