An opportunity has arisen for a full time position on a twelve month contract within the Industries education team at Forest Bank.

This role involves:

• Delivering courses and equipping learners with the knowledge to pass the British Health and Safety certificate at level one and where possible the CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme).
• To discuss and describe the type of employment opportunities available within the establishment.
• To instil the requirement of health and safety legislation as it relates to the industries workshops and outside organisations.
• To cover and asses proficiency in first aid and manual handling.

Candidates with the following qualities are encouraged to apply:

• Relevant construction industry experience
• The ability to demonstrate experience of training groups of learners.
• The preferred candidate will also have industry related qualifications such as an NVQ in construction, manufacturing or engineering.
