one of the UK’s leading recruitment companies are looking for full time customer service experienced and dedicated, organised individuals to join our client, a leading gas and electricity pipeline operator based in Northampton.

Working in as an Operational Support Agent you will:

• Be responsible for dispatching work/jobs to field engineers
• Monitoring and dispatching both emergency and non-emergency equipment to the field engineers.
• Communicate with field engineers to ensure high standards of service.
• Work with a high-level administration process.

The ideal Operational Support Dispatch Agent will hold the following skills and experiences:

• The ability to communicate at all levels.
• Customer Service, Planning and People Skills
• Logical and Flexible approach
• Good computer skills.

Full training will be provided as well as regular performance monitoring.

We have flexible shifts to suit any lifestyle.

In return you will work in a newly refurbished office, with restaurant facilities and a fantastic team environment. You will receive a salary of £6.92 per hour plus shift allowance with 28 days holiday, a company pension and shares scheme.

Location Northampton, Hinckley and Gloucester
