The Centre is the focal point for test and measurement within the company. Not only does it provide a comprehensive service for the supply, evaluation, calibration and repair of electrical, electronic and mechanical test and measuring equipment throughout NATS, it also offers professional calibration services to external customers. You’ll lead a busy team of calibration engineers working across a number of measurement disciplines, planning and deploying resources to ensure work is completed on time and within budget. This is a technically challenging role that will involve working with a wide range of equipment, acting as the main point of contact for service delivery issues and providing expert advice on new or replacement equipment.

Educated to at least HNC/HND level or equivalent in engineering, you’ll have significant experience within a quality electronics servicing environment. A proven track record of fault diagnosis to component level is essential, as is the ability to manage both people and budgets. You’ll also be a confident, flexible and customer-focused problem solver who can analyse and communicate complex technical issues.
