Job Details:

International Leadership Training based at the Ras Laffan GTL Project, Qatar

We offer a challenging career opportunity, with an impressive salary and benefits package, for an ex Lieutenant/Captain or Senior NCO( male or female) to join a team of trainers in delivering a large scale leadership training programme to front line supervisors.

You will be responsible for the delivery of leadership training, and for G1/administrative elements of the programme.

Responsibilities

-Practical training of front line managers in leadership development and work team management

-Administration of all candidate records: results and assessments

-Update and improve programme content based upon delegate and “in field” feedback

-Manage stakeholders and work flexibly to deliver against the clients needs

-Contact with candidates in both practical and classroom based environments

-Skills based assessment of candidates

-Assist the Team Leader in all duties and deputise for Leader during rotation (managing team of up to 8 bi-lingual instructors)

Requirements

-Minimum of 3 years general training experience

-Computer literate

-Good communication and presentation skills

-Although not essential, a working knowledge in the Health and Safety field is an advantage

-Available immediately

Remuneration

-£35k per annum. Length of contract brings tax-free status

-Excellent reward package with sign on and completion bonus

-6 month renewable contract – 8 week/2 week rotation with return flights to London
