X-Press Legal Services is a market leading provider of an essential service to professionals including financial institutions, legal practices and property companies.
We operate in the legal services sector providing specialist support to property professionals for residential and commercial matters. Our clients are predominantly solicitors so the franchisee needs no legal experience. In a booming property market the work comes from transactions or sales and in a downturn it is remortgage and repossession.
This makes the business robust irrespective of the economic situation and to support this the company doubled turnover last year and has posted record figures this year.
A strong performance in the downturn leaves the business well placed to benefit as the economy improves.
